  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • Salt & optional spices (e.g., chili flakes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Toss sweet potato rounds in olive oil and seasonings. Spread on another baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes until caramelized.
