  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley (finely chopped) for topping
  • Red onion (finely chopped) for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform sticks about 1/3-inch wide.
  3. Soak the cut fries in cold water for 10-15 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, oregano, dill, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned fries in a single layer.
