  • 1 ½ tbsp tamari (gluten-free if needed)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Avocado oil for cooking
  • Scallions for garnish
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme

Instructions

  1. Marinate tofu chunks in tamari and lemon juice for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Toss marinated tofu in a mix of cornstarch, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and thyme.
