  • 8 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  2. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush generously with melted butter. Fold it in half and brush again.
