  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion in a bit of oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
