  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  6. While roasting, melt butter in a small pan over low heat; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  7. Once wings are done roasting, transfer them to a bowl and toss with garlic butter before serving.
