  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Cut cold butter into cubes and chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes. In a food processor, combine flour and salt, then add chilled butter until pea-sized pieces form.
  2. Form the dough: Gradually add ice water while pulsing until shaggy crumbles appear. Wrap in plastic wrap; flatten into discs and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  3. Roll out the crust: After chilling, roll the dough to about â…› inch thick and transfer it to a pie dish. Trim edges evenly.
